How do I book an appointment?
The quickest way is WhatsApp — tap any 'Book Now' button and tell us the treatment and time you'd like, and we'll confirm right away. You can also call us on +971 2 697 0273 or reach us on Telegram. We recommend booking a little ahead for evenings and weekends, when our most popular slots fill first, but same-day appointments are often available too.
Where exactly are you located?
We are inside the Sheraton Hotel on Corniche Road East, Al Zahiyah, Abu Dhabi — one of the most central addresses in the city, with hotel parking for guests arriving by car. The map on this page opens directions in one tap. When you arrive, enter through the hotel lobby, head to the spa reception and mention your booking name; our team will take care of the rest.
What are your opening hours?
We are open daily, 10 am – 2 am. The same hours apply on weekends and most public holidays. If you would like a treatment close to opening or closing time, just let us know when you book and we will keep a therapist ready for you.
Do you take walk-ins or only appointments?
We welcome walk-ins whenever a therapist is free, but because each session is private and unhurried, a quick message or call ahead is the surest way to get the time and treatment you want. Reaching out first also lets us match you with a same-gender therapist and prepare the room before you arrive.
