Le Pavot Spa - European & Russian Massage Spa is a European and Russian massage day spa located inside the Sheraton Hotel, Al Zahiyah, on the Abu Dhabi Corniche. What data we collect

We collect two kinds of information. The first is the contact information you choose to send us — typically your name, phone number and the details of the booking or question in your message — when you reach out by WhatsApp, Telegram or phone. We only ever hold what you voluntarily share in those messages.

The second is standard analytics and device information collected automatically when you browse the site, through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. This may include your approximate location, browser and device type, the pages you view and how you arrived. We do not take any payment information through this website — bookings are confirmed by message and payment is made in person at the spa.

How we use your data

We use the contact details you send us to reply to your enquiry, arrange your appointment and provide our services. We use website analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it, and to measure the performance of our advertising — for example, by recording when a visitor taps a WhatsApp, Telegram or phone button (a “Lead” event). We do not use your data for automated decision-making, and we never sell it.

Cookies & tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel. To respect your privacy and keep pages fast, these tracking tools are deferred and only load after you interact with the page; they do not run the moment you arrive.

You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you delete cookies already stored. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and you can manage ad personalisation through your Meta (Facebook) ad-preferences and your device or browser privacy settings. Blocking these tools will not affect your ability to book with us by message or phone.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data or share it for others’ marketing. We do rely on a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf: Google (Tag Manager and Analytics) and Meta (the Facebook Pixel) provide our website analytics and advertising measurement, and WhatsApp, Telegram and our phone provider carry the messages and calls you send us. These providers process data under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law or by a competent authority in the UAE.

Data retention

We keep the messages and booking details you send us only for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep ordinary business records, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained for limited periods set within Google Analytics and Meta and is held in aggregated or pseudonymised form. If you would like us to delete the messages you have sent us, please ask.

Your rights under UAE law

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate, and to request that your data be deleted. You may also object to or ask us to restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, simply contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
