These Terms & Conditions apply to appointments and services at Le Pavot Spa, a massage day spa inside the Sheraton Hotel, Al Zahiyah, Abu Dhabi. By booking with us you agree to the terms below. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

Bookings & appointments

Appointments are arranged directly with us by WhatsApp, Telegram or phone — there is no online payment on this website. A booking is confirmed once we reply to agree a date, time and treatment, and payment is made in person at the spa. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment so your treatment can begin and finish on time; arriving late may shorten the time available, as later appointments are reserved for other guests.

The free Hammam offer

With every 60-minute massage booking we include a complimentary 30-minute Turkish and Moroccan Hammam ritual, plus 15 extra minutes of treatment time, at no additional cost. This is our standard offer for hour-long bookings: no voucher, code or minimum spend is required. The complimentary Hammam time has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for other services and is provided subject to availability on the day of your visit.

Cancellations & lateness

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as you reasonably can so we can offer the slot to another guest. If you arrive late, we will always do our best to give you the full treatment, but where this is not possible your session may need to end at the originally scheduled time. Repeated no-shows may affect our ability to hold future appointments for you.

Health & conduct

For your safety, please tell your therapist before treatment about any medical conditions, injuries, allergies or if you are pregnant, so they can adapt the treatment or recommend a suitable alternative. Our services are strictly professional therapeutic massage delivered by trained therapists, and treatments are provided by a same-gender therapist. We maintain a calm, respectful environment and have a zero-tolerance policy towards any inappropriate behaviour or requests; we reserve the right to end a treatment immediately, without refund, if this policy is not respected.

Prices

All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and our current treatments range from AED 525–1470. Prices may change from time to time, and the price that applies is the one confirmed with you at the time of booking. Payment is made in person at the spa; we accept the payment methods displayed at reception.

Liability

We take great care in providing our services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any reaction or injury arising from a condition you did not disclose to your therapist. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable UAE law.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
